Sales and Service of Avaya & Nortel!

Formed in 1996, C.O.W. Communications, L.L.P. was formed to sell and service AT&T business telephone systems. We Have branched out into Nortel systems as several customers required sales and service on these systems. We service the state of South Carolina from our Columbia office. As AT&T became Lucent and now Avaya, we have sold and serviced new products as they were introduced to the business community. Most new Avaya products are backwards compatible with the existing systems.

We assist a variety of businesses. This includes, but not limited to, medical, insurance, legal, architects, CPA's, non profit organizations, professional associations, service companies, advertising agencies, schools, and churches.

Richard Outlaw and Carl Woody represent over 50 years of Bellsouth/AT&T experience. We live in Columbia and take our obligations to our customers seriously.

C.O.W. service is an aspect of our company that has grown significantly over the years. We troubleshoot systems, wire new and existing buildings, design systems that will meet your needs with ability to grow as your company grows. If you need one wire run or five hundred, we can do it in a timely, professional manner. We are experienced in both computer networks and telephone wiring. We have customers in Charleston, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Aiken, Camden, Newberry, Florence, and many other South Carolina communities. Our central locations puts us an hour or two away from many of our out of town customers.

We maintain a large in-stock inventory. Same day or next day service is not unusual. We stock components for older systems as well as current systems. Our in-stock inventory enhances our service response time and often allows us to satisfy those customers that "need it today".

We have hundreds of satisfied customers. If you have issues with paging, battery back-up, voice mail or any phone related issue, we have the solution.

All equipment is warrantied for one year. Optional maintenance contracts are available after the initial one year warranty period.
